    [rtl]The OPEC ministerial market monitoring committee and independent producers welcomed the commitment of Iraq, Libya and Nigeria to cooperate on cutting output, noting that the commitment to the agreement on cut production has reached a record high.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Joint Committee chaired by Kuwait's Oil Minister and Minister of Electricity and Water Essam Al-Marzouq welcomed Saturday the conclusion of a meeting in Vienna with the participation of Iraq, Libya and Nigeria in the work of the Committee and reaffirm its commitment to working closely with other producing countries to ensure the success of the declaration.     [rtl]In a statement, the chairman of the OPEC Conference, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Khaled Al-Faleh expressed his solidarity with the Committee, reiterating the Kingdom's commitment to supporting and making the declaration of cooperation a success.[/rtl]
