House of Representatives: Appointment of judges to supervise the elections

The MP, Awatif Nima, called for the adoption of a master's degree within the conditions of candidates for membership of the House of Representatives, pointing to the importance of reducing the number of deputies and work to achieve political stability through the holding of elections, while MP Awad al-Awadi the importance of amending the law of the House of Representatives in order to meet the aspirations of the people, The percentage of candidates holding a preparatory certificate reaches 10% and the remaining percentage of holders of a bachelor's degree. MP Mohammed Tamim called for the elections in the province of Kirkuk under the supervision of the National Office and the protection of federal forces. In its response to the interventions, the committee pointed out that there are disadvantages and misappropriations in the closed list, but the public mood tends to the open list, noting that the committee submitted a proposal that the candidate holds the preparatory certificate because the members of the House represent various segments of society and there is no parliamentary council requesting a certificate Specific to its members. She pointed out that some countries do not require some categories of workers, peasants and others to have a degree certificate, stressing the importance of changing the electoral system in part, especially that the system currently depends on the open list and the distribution of seats according to St. Lego.
