    He added that "any country in the world can not build infrastructure or Adaúrh state matters properly without the private sector, and today in Iraq, this sector is absent and neglected due to disable laws and governmental neglect."

    He called the decision the parliamentary economic committee, the government, "the attention of the private sector and give him a role in the management of the productive sectors and investment."

    The Ministry of Planning suggested in 29 of last September's economic growth fell to 8.2%, or about 2.3% rate recorded last year 2012.

    The Iraqi government also announced in 19 of the last month of September for a five-year plan to diversify the economy and develop the industrial sector, rather than relying on crude oil revenues only, and focus on the industry.

    The plan, covering the period from 2013 to 2017 to invest about 357 billion dollars, in development projects across the country, and focus on five sectors are construction, services, agriculture, education, transport and energy, and will come about 79 percent of these investments from the government, and the rest of the the private sector, and oil will remain the largest source of revenue in that period, and experts predict that oil revenues amounting to 662 billion dollars in the next five years. 2 ended.
