    The conference carried many messages in terms of timing and content, it is where the timing was the conference on the day of declaration of victory over the "Daesh" terrorist like marks the launch of the construction phase and the reconstruction we expect, either in terms of content, the conference chose the financial and economic stability , a title to him and that 's really what we need in the next stage after years of instability for many reasons.

    Finally , the central bank has once again proved that he is open to all opinions and has a flexible enough to deal with the changes taking place in the economic reality in Iraq after it announced previously through meetings convened by which he attends.

    So came the invitation to the Governor at the end of the conference each has an opinion or proposal is in the development of monetary policy to send it to the central bank if unable to attend these meetings aim one is Iraq 's success in achieving economic advancement.
