Prime Minister warns of the negligence of the post-victory

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi warned yesterday of "negligence" and laxity after the victories achieved by the security forces on Dahesh. He stressed that the next challenge is to "intelligence information", and strengthen the security aspect. He stressed that future tasks will focus on restoring stability to liberated areas.
"Iraq emerged strong, victorious and united, and there was a role for the national security apparatus in this victory and presented the martyrs and the wounded who achieved the victories by their sacrifices," Abadi said during a speech at the National Security and General Conference.
"We can not miss victory here or there, and we do not allow terrorism to achieve any breach. The enemy has a deviant ideology and we must be at the level of challenge by focusing our intelligence and security efforts," he said.
Abadi added that "the next challenge after the victory over the gangs of security and intelligence advocates," calling for "the use of modern technology and sophisticated and to excel at the enemy stages in this aspect."
