On Monday, the Integrity Commission revealed that its staff had been able to control a number of members of the distribution committees at the Maysan Health Department for manipulating the department's payroll through a seizure process carried out on judicial seizure orders.
The agency said in a statement obtained by "Trend Press" a copy of it, "The Department of Investigation in the Commission indicated the receipt of information that there is a manipulation of the private payrolls in the Department of Health Maysan - the first architecture, which concerns the health centers.
The Department explained that a team from the Maysan Investigation Office of the Commission revealed, after transferring to the first architecture sector and auditing the salaries, the existence of manipulation and the addition of amounts on the list "powder" monthly salaries in a number of health centers, indicating that the team was able to control payrolls and control of accused signatories As well as members of the salary distribution committees of two health centers.
The statement added that "preliminary investigations estimated the value of manipulation and embezzlement in the list of" powder "salaries by about one billion dinars in four years.
He pointed out that "the material seized in the operation was confirmed in the record of the fundamentalist seizure, and presented to the attention of the competent investigating judge, who decided to arrest the accused in the investigation.
