Trump accuses Russia of violating international sanctions and helping North Korea

"Russia is not helping us at all with North Korea," Donald Trump told Reuters on Wednesday, adding that Kim Jong-yang was getting stronger every day.
He said that with the increase of North Korea's leader, he is approaching the launch of a long-range missile against the United States.
North Korea faces international sanctions on its exports, in response to missile and nuclear tests conducted by the isolated state.
Last month, the Security Council imposed new sanctions on trade with North Korea, including cutting shipments of oil products to 500,000 barrels a year.
The US president said that Russia's assistance to North Korea undermines China's assistance in this regard.
Trump said his predecessor's negotiations with North Korea had failed to curb state programs on the nuclear and missile issues.
"I'm not sure the talks will have any meaning," he said. "They talked for 25 years and benefited from our former presidents."
