"Ihsan al-Shammari, the media advisor in the office of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said on Sunday that two main axes of Iraq's reconstruction conference will be held in Kuwait in February.
Al-Shammari told Ashqaf News that "the first axis is to offer investment opportunities for large companies, while the other axis concerns the official delegations if the countries put their contributions on investment levels or logistical or financial support to Iraq in the coming period."
"This is an important step in the reconstruction of the liberated areas and the rehabilitation of the infrastructure of all the provinces affected during the past period, as a result of the challenges experienced by the country during the past few years, especially the war on terrorism and the organization of a preacher."
