The President of the Council of Representatives Osama Najafi meeting with the heads and representatives of parliamentary blocs to discuss a proposal to increase the number of seats in parliament.
The MP Mohammad Thanked told all of Iraq [where] that "the speaker of parliament held a meeting with representatives of the heads of blocs to discuss a new proposal to increase the number of seats in parliament 3 seats, which becomes the total number of 128 seats."
The open session of the House of Representatives has begun on Sunday under the chairmanship of the Council of Representatives Speaker Osama Najafi and the presence of 223 deputies.
A parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] that "the open session of parliament began headed by Najafi and the presence of [223] deputies and the session included the election law and continue to the second reading of the unified pension law."
The political blocs in the House of Representatives yesterday failed to resolve their differences about the law and the Council voted on six vertebrae him and described the marginal and postponed its meeting until today to agree on the rest of the basic paragraphs. 2 ended.
