    The General Authority for Taxation announced on Thursday revenues of the treasury of five trillion and 22 billion dinars during the last year 2017, including trillion and 81 billion dinars, as opposed to safe. 

    "The Authority has prepared a plan to raise its planned revenues within the budget of 2018 to five trillions and 118 billion dinars, and may increase this figure more than it would have been if the amounts received from the reversal of safety," said the Director of the General Tax Authority Abbas Ali said in a statement. 

    Ali added that "most tax rates remained the same, but the increase in tax collection was the result of the activation of the accounting procedures and the collection of each tax as it called and activate the collection of tax on private sector companies and increase significantly."

    She pointed out that "the increase in financial revenues of the Commission, achieved after the activation of oil taxes, which rose significantly to reach trillion and 413 billion dinars, which cut by the Ministry of Oil by 35 percent, which imposed on oil companies, including companies licensing rounds." 

    The Director General of Taxes, "The amounts achieved in the past two years came as a result of continuous follow-up, expected to increase those amounts during the current year 2018."
