The deputy of the Badr parliamentary bloc belonging to the National Alliance, Adel Mansouri, on Thursday, the reasons for non-vote on the dismissal of Minister of Electricity Qassem Fahdawi, stressing that there are divisions may be behind the political deals to keep al-Fahdawi in office.
