    The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed on Wednesday that the government did not submit the final accounts for five years did not submit to parliament, indicating that they addressed the government dozens of times. 
    "The government submitted the final accounts until 2011 and ratified by the House of Representatives," pointing out that "the accounts from 2012 until 2016 did not submit to parliament and the Council is not aware of matching the budget with what is spent by the government," said a member of the Finance Committee Magda Tamimi told " . 
    He added that "the Finance Committee during the current session addressed the government and the Ministry of Finance for dozens of times to no avail," indicating that "the final accounts establish a reliable database in the preparation of budgets for the following years and ease the differences and allegations."
    Last month, the Finance Committee called on the Ministry of Finance and the Government to submit the final accounts for 2017 before approving the budget this year. 25 K and 
    the House of Representatives since November 2017 to discuss the budget of 2018 and was unable to pass to the differences on it and the insistence of the Kurds to break the quorum for 17%.
