Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said Wednesday during his visit to Nineveh province that Iraq is coming to a new victory in reconstruction and stability.
"We are happy to be in this province that got rid of the terrorism that wanted Iraq to end and the world expected that Iraq is over, but we have won and liberated our regions in the hands of our heroic fighters," Abbadi said in a statement to his office during a speech to the Nineveh tribes. "He said.
"We have broken terrorism and can build a new structure and a strong country as we embark on a new victory in reconstruction, stability and job creation.
Abadi added that "everyone has to study the reasons for the victory that has been achieved, as well as why the collapse happened and what its causes," noting that "our unity is one of the main reasons for our victory."
He pointed out that "the Iraqis were able to face this horror and won when they stopped the differences and fought together from all sects and religions." Ending / 25
