    Iraq is frustrated by the pace of arming its slow army by America, its biggest military ally, military sources said. 
    The sources said that Iraq sought to sign contracts to equip it with weapons and equipment from Russia and other countries to meet the need. The US has not fulfilled all its promises. " 
    The armaments contracts for Iraq since 2003 amounted to more than 150 billion dollars, the majority with the United States of America 
    But most of these deals signed by Iraq, according to diplomatic statements, not all to Iraq, including contracts that have been With 
    Russia, the second partner in arms contracts in addition to France, the Czech Republic, Hungary and, more recently, China.
