She pointed out that the plan was implemented by the middle of this month by the river Al-Khameijah, followed by the Sajia River, and as requested by the Municipal Council in Chabaish, calling on some politicians to move away from the claim about the rehabilitation plans and promote the achievements as if they were not for their efforts, He said that the ministry, through its staff in Dhi Qar, is implementing a plan to clean the rivers in the central marshes and the rest of the other marshes in a sequential manner and according to the priority and within the financial allocations available to it. Al-Shabib said that the management of the Marshlands and Wetlands projects in Dhi Qar governorate is following up the discharges into Hawr Abu Zirk from Shatt Abu Lahiya in coordination with the Water Resources Division in Al-Islah District. The discharges reached mid-week 17 cubic meters per second, , Explaining that last March saw the completion of the drilling of four wells in Baghdad to provide irrigation water for the various daily crops and uses of citizens of the inhabitants of those areas.
