The judicial authorities have not prosecuted ministers who were dismissed for corruption, despite their explicit condemnation, as well as the inability of executive authorities to end corruption in state institutions," he said.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The parliamentary legal committee announced earlier on the tendency to convert the files of ministers questioned without a vote to dismiss them or not until now to the judiciary and impartiality to decide them, excluding the achievement of quorum for the sessions of the next parliament.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The Parliamentary Integrity Committee revealed recently the involvement of a number of politicians and parties with some files of corruption, noting that the Integrity Commission alone can not complete the files of corruption and verification of those involved unless the Council of Representatives and the federal government cooperate.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Iraq, as part of Transparency International's report, issued on November 27, 2016, ranked fourth in the most corrupt Arab countries after the Sudan, Sudan and Libya.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The organization publishes an annual report on corruption, an assessment of a scale from 0 to 100 that classifies countries from the least to the least corrupt. The report is based on data collected by the organization from 12 international bodies, including the World Bank and the World Economic Forum.[/rtl]
