    The Iraqi Council of Ministers in its last meeting discussed the draft port of Faw in the presence of members of the Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction, who discussed the investment of the port and offers and the time period for its establishment and completion of the negotiation stages by the Negotiating Committee for the selection of one of the offers submitted.

    The government also decided to reduce the share of the Treasury allocated to the Ministry of Finance from the resources of the General Company for Iraqi Ports, and authorize the Minister of Transport to sign the annex of wave breaker No. 3 with a Korean company and allocate another $ 2.2 million for the same project.
