Jordan's stability is a strategic interest for Jordan and the region, stressing the government's keenness to strengthen bilateral relations with Iraq, the Jordanian minister said.
The Jordanian media quoted Ghunaimat as saying during an Iraqi media delegation, in the presence of Iraqi Ambassador to Jordan Safia Al-Suhail that "Jordan's leadership and people are supportive of brotherly Iraq in the face of the political and security challenges it is going through and to achieve the aspirations of the brotherly Iraqi people." Iraq is a strategic interest for Jordan and the region. "
She stressed the government's keenness to strengthen bilateral relations with brotherly Iraq in various fields, especially in the media field, and its readiness to crystallize this cooperation in the form of documented agreements and develop previous agreements accordingly.
For her part, Al-Suhail praised "Jordan's continued support for achieving security and stability in Iraq and its active contribution to combating terrorism and extremism that Iraq has endured, as well as the entire world," pointing out that "these positions contributed to enhancing the cohesion and steadfastness of Iraqis in their ordeal."
Al-Suhail stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in the media field, to reflect the distinguished level of history of relations and the keenness of the two countries to promote them in all fields. Ending / 25
