Khamenei: America is not trustworthy and negotiating with it is a grave mistake
Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei said negotiations with the United States were a "grave mistake" and a promise that they were not credible.
"We can not rely on a word until the Americans sign, so negotiations with America are not working," Khamenei said at a meeting with State Department officials. "Negotiations with Washington will be a grave mistake," he said.
Khamenei also pointed out that during his recent visit to Europe, President Hassan Rowhani said that "if Iran can not export its oil, no country in the region will be able to export its oil," an important statement that reflects Iran's policy and approach.
