    A member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Hoshyar Zebari, that the demonstrations and the formation of the new government are different, and believes that the formation of the government will be delayed until the end of this year. 

    Zebari said that "the formation of the (Iraqi) government will take two or three, and if the parties did not agree (to participate in the political process) on the issue of the three Iraqi presidencies, the formation of the government will be delayed until the end of this year at least."
     
    Demonstrations in central and southern Iraq have raised slogans calling for "bread, water and electricity" and are now demanding the elimination of ruling parties that protesters say have looted billions of dollars in the country. 

    These events have complicated the process of forming a new Iraqi government and put more obstacles in its path.
     
     
    The first talks were between the Kurds and the Shiite parties on the formation of the Iraqi government, says a member of the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and party spokesman, Saadi Ahmed Bira, they told the Shiite parties that a government must be formed can be resolved in the event of deviating from the implementation of its work program.
     
    "We in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and the Kurdistan Democratic Party, we asked the list of the conquest and the rule of law to meet the political parties together to develop the work program of the new Iraqi government, not only the Prime Minister alone to write the government program, if we all participated in the development of the program, Prime Minister, in case of non-implementation of the program, and replace it with another. "
