    Set a deadline to receive objections covered by the confiscation of funds of the former regime

    The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers has set the deadline for receipt of the objections covered by Law 72 on the confiscation of movable and immovable property belonging to the former regime.
    A statement by the Secretariat said that "due to the near end of the legal period to receive requests of objectors covered by the provisions of Law No. 72 of 2017 on the confiscation of movable and immovable property belonging to the pillars of the former regime, the Secretariat confirmed that the submission of applications and objections will end on September 18 this year.
    The committee stressed the need to expedite the review of its headquarters or to send requests electronically.
