"The idea of nominating an independent figure for the premiership is difficult, as parties and blocs struggle for the post, at a time when we need a person with experience and competence," Bahadli said in a press statement.
He added: "We want a political figure with experience in running the office, and we are not bound by the opinion of the street in all issues," stressing: "The assumption of an independent figure prime minister in the next government will make him (puppet) in the hands of political parties."
He continued: "Abadi apologized for taking the post of prime minister for a second term, but the alliance of victory sees that it is a project to promote the political process, despite the existence of parties engaged in distortion through electronic armies and the media."
