announced that the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Ministry of Planning, on Monday, that the production of Iraq 's crude oil in 2017 reached more than 208 million barrels, indicating that this figure is the "highest" oil production of Iraq per year.
"The total of Iraq's production of crude oil during 2017, which is the highest in Iraq's oil production amounted to 208 million and 534 thousand barrels, with a daily production rate of 4 million and 228 thousand barrels and an export rate of 3 million and 309 thousand Barrels per day, compared to 2016, which amounted to 206 million and 98 thousand barrels. "
"Iraq's production of crude oil during 1991 amounted to 25 million and 862 thousand barrels per year with a daily production rate of 524 thousand barrels and export of 39 thousand barrels per day, while Iraq's crude oil production during 2004 was about 100 million and four thousand barrels Per annum to drop in 2005 to about 93 million barrels per year, then rise in 2007 to 102 million and 70 thousand barrels per year.
It is noteworthy that Iraq signed in 2009 and 2010 contracts with major international companies to develop oil fields in accordance with a contract then called service contracts.
