Water resources announce the removal of dead fish by 80%

The ministry of water resources announced on Tuesday that the ministerial crisis cell of the phenomenon of fish death is continuing the operations of removing the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/105948/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A3%D8%B3%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%83 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%81%D9%82%D8%A9]dead fish and[/url] with great efforts reached about 80% and it is hoped that it will end in the coming days.
The ministry said in a statement that the cell headed by Health and Environment Minister Alaa al-Din al-Alwan and the membership of the undersecretaries of the Ministries of Health and Environment and the advisers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources confirmed the existence of indicators of a gradual decline of the disease and the absence of new infections within the governorate within 48 hours, In addition to the continuation of the status of plastic fenders to prevent the leakage of any dead fish to the provinces of Najaf and Karbala, with clear increases of water releases for the purpose of revitalizing the affected areas.
The statement added that the crisis cell stressed the importance of raising awareness among fish breeders and citizens to prevent new infections and how to deal with the negative possibilities that may occur due to the failure of fish farmers to comply with the environmental, health and veterinary guidelines on the one hand, and dealing with the phenomenon traded in fish markets and how to know the infected fish from healthy, with guidance and awareness a comprehensive plan implemented by the preparation of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/773/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B5%D8%AD%D8%A9]the Ministry of Health[/url] and the environment in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, as the cell confirmed that [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/773/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B5%D8%AD%D8%A9]the Ministry of Health[/url]The environment follows the results of tests of laboratory models sent to specialized laboratories inside and outside Iraq.
