    The government is facing high financial allocations that are draining their sums, foremost of which are the interest of foreign loans, which weigh heavily on Iraq, where the value of these benefits about 14 billion dollars in addition to military allocations, which amounted to about $ 13 billion, where allocated to the Ministry of Defense $ 8 billion dollars and the popular mobilization $ 2 billion and Anti-terrorism is about half a billion dollars. 
    The budget is expected to generate revenues of 105 billion dollars, while the expected expenses exceed 126 billion dollars, which means a deficit of $ 19 billion dollars and estimated the operating budget of about 94 billion dollars. 
    The budget adopted an official exchange rate equivalent to 1118 dinars per dollar, where allocated $ 33 billion for government projects and $ 200 million for emergency expenses. 
    And therefore face the budget amendments in the articles as a result of parliamentary objections up to 50 paragraphs related to increased funds allocated to the liberated provinces and investment allocations in all provinces'.

    The MP Taha Amin of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan that the Kurdish blocs have comments on the draft law regarding the share of the Kurdistan region, which was calculated by 12.67%, or about 9 billion dollars. While stressing the Kurds on the need to re-share the region to what it was in the past, which is 17% .. He explained that the current budget bill is free to mention the name of the Kurdistan region, but refers to the three provinces with names only.
