MSF: 40% of patients in Mosul are infected with drug-resistant infections

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) said on Monday that 40 percent of post-surgical patients in eastern Mosul were infected with drug-resistant infections.
"About 40 percent of the patients in its post-operative care facility in eastern [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] have drug-resistant infections, and this is a cause of concern, pointing to a greater public health problem," the WHO said in a statement.

"At our facility, we adopted measures to control antibiotics and prevent Infection and control in order to reduce the impact of drug-resistant infections. In addition to these measures, patients with antibiotic resistance are given individual rooms to prevent transmission to other people. "
