    The Council of Ministers voted on Tuesday on a memorandum of understanding for the processing of crude oil between Iraq and Jordan.
    "The Council of Ministers held its regular session on Tuesday 5 March 2019 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, and the Council voted to grant the Ministry of Transport exemptions and powers to sign contracts on the infrastructure project of the port of Faw," the Prime Minister's Information Office said in a statement received by " .
    He added that "the meeting witnessed the vote on the draft rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers."
    He pointed out that "the Council of Ministers voted on a memorandum of understanding for the processing of crude oil between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan."
    The Cabinet also approved the minutes of the meeting of the transfer of ownership of the Canadian aircraft (CRJ), as well as the adoption of the recommendations of the Council of Ministers of Energy in its tenth session, and approve the rent of a building French Embassy".
