The Office of the Inspector-General of the Ministry of Interior, on Tuesday, foiled the sale of a property in the Mansour district of Baghdad worth 500 million dinars forged papers of an Iraqi citizen residing in Jordan.
The office said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, a copy of it, "The operation took place against the background of the inspection detachment of the Office of the Inspector General of the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence work in the audit of records and statements of the Department of conditions Rusafa, where the existence of fraud and fraud in one of the identities issued by it" .
He added that "as a result of in-depth investigation of the case, the detachment discovered that one person was an Iraqi citizen residing in Jordan and issued official documents on behalf of the citizen, but in his personal form, and as a result of this manipulation he obtained the identity of civil conditions and nationality certificate and smuggled housing card, Najaf with false information. "
The office pointed out that "the preliminary administrative investigation was carried out, which proved that the documents issued by the impersonator were issued in the form of the impersonated citizen and with the information of the real citizen and in the light of these documents, an agency of the notary public was issued by the agent."
