    - Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Tuesday praised the continuous development of relations between Egypt and Iraq, stressing Egypt's continued support for the Iraqi government. 
    The Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram said in a news item that Al-Sisi confirmed during a telephone call he received yesterday evening from Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi that Egypt will continue to support the Iraqi government and work to develop bilateral relations in various fields. 
    Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radhi said that the contacts dealt with means of enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in light of the outcome of the Egyptian-Iraqi-Jordanian summit held in Cairo last March.
    The two sides also agreed on the importance of enhancing joint Arab action to face regional challenges and common threats, thus contributing to strengthening solidarity and solidarity among Arab countries. 
    For his part, the Iraqi prime minister congratulated the Egyptian people on the occasion of holding a referendum on the constitutional amendments successfully, praising the positive developments witnessed by Egypt at all levels. Ending / 25

    Egyptian President Bashar al-Assad has received a phone call from Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi. 
    According to the newspaper "Al Ahram", the Iraqi Prime Minister during the communication congratulations to the Egyptian people, on the occasion of the referendum on the constitutional amendments successfully, praising the positive developments in Egypt at all levels, especially economic and development over the past years. 
    He stressed his country's great appreciation to Egypt and to the President, in the context of the deep historical relations between Egypt and Iraq at the official and popular levels. 
    For his part, President al-Sisi stressed Egypt's pride in its brotherly relations with Iraq, praising the continuous development witnessed in the cooperation frameworks between the two countries, stressing Egypt's continued support for the Iraqi government and working to develop bilateral relations in various fields.
