A statement from the Center: The Iraqi Center for Legal Development appreciates the decision of the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/953/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A1]Council of Ministers to[/url] withdraw the hand of the employee referred to the courts, noting: Such a decision, although a precautionary measure, but it is a moral punishment for the employee who violates the law and will deprive him from practicing his job and take advantage of its advantages.
"The decision is an important deterrent to employees and an important step in the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] corruption. Under this resolution, hundreds of employees will be withdrawn, which will expedite the termination of cases referred to integrity or the competent courts after being suspended for long periods.
"We hope that the House of Representatives will issue a similar resolution if it is serious in the conduct of the reform approach and thus we will provide a legislative institution with no charges.
