Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi announced on Tuesday the decisions of the cabinet that he discussed today, noting that he agreed to install free lecturers on the degrees of movement of owners in the provinces.
A statement issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said that "the Council of Ministers approved the installation of free lecturers on the grades resulting from the movement of owners in the provinces," adding that "the Council approved the installation of general managers in state institutions according to the provisions of Article" 58 "of the Federal Budget Law For the fiscal year / 2019, where the Council of Ministers unanimously voted on the first meal.
In the area of housing, the Council approved the recommendations of meeting No. 15 of the National Council for Housing, in addition to agreeing to resolve the dispute over the implementation of the Council of Ministers Decision No. 394 of 2012 on the determination of the price of land allowance allocated for the construction of residential complexes.
The Council approved the recommendations of the minutes of the consultative meeting on the discussion of paragraph (4) of the Council of Ministers' Decision No. 42 of 2017,

The Council of Ministers decided to approve the extinguishment of the percentage of the sale of the sold role in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers "198 of 2011" belonging to the local administration in the province of Maysan.
The cabinet agreed to settle the claim of Turkish company Baytur on the condition that this protocol would not be contrary to the Paris Club.
