    On Thursday, the Council of Ministers announced the approval of the creation of job levels in a number of ministries and agencies.

    According to a cabinet statement, a copy of which was received by “Nass” (December 30, 2021), a decision was issued approving the creation of hundreds of job grades.  
      
    The following are the developments approved by the council:  

    1 Creation of (51) only fifty-one job positions, to install contractors in the Office of the Presidency of the Republic who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    2 Creation of (267), only two hundred and sixty-seven job grades, to install contractors in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    3 Introducing (4), only four job levels, to install contractors in the Ministry of Finance who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    4 Creation of (195), only one hundred and ninety-five job grades, to install contractors in the Ministry of Justice who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
    5 Creation of (214), only two hundred and fourteen job grades, to install contractors in the Ministry of Higher Education who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    6 Creation of (277), only two hundred and seventy-seven job grades, to install contractors in the Ministry of Environment who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    7 Create (760), only seven hundred and sixty job grades, to install contractors in the Ministry of Transport who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    8 Creation of (1554), only one thousand five hundred and fifty-four job grades, to install contractors in the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    9 Creation of (246), only two hundred and forty-six job grades, to install contractors in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    10 Creating job grades to install contractors in the Ministry of Water Resources who have completed contractual service for five years or more, according to what is proven in the ministry’s letter No. (34277) dated 12/14/2021.  
      
    11 Creation of (275), only two hundred and seventy-five job grades, to install contractors in the Ministry of Migration and Displacement who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    12 Creation of (38), only thirty-eight job grades, to install contractors in the Muthanna Investment Commission who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    13 Introducing (4), only four job levels, to install contractors in the Baghdad Investment Commission who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    14 Creation of (368), only three hundred and sixty-eight job degrees, to install contractors in Dhi Qar Governorate who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    15 Introducing (4), only four job grades, to install contractors in Kirkuk governorate who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    16 Creation of (57), only fifty-seven job grades, to install contractors in Salah al-Din Governorate who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    17 Creation (1643), only one thousand six hundred and forty-three job grades, to install contractors in Basra Governorate who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
    18 The creation of (47) only forty-seven job grades to install contractors in Najaf Governorate, and only (260) two hundred and sixty job positions in the Najaf Governorate Council who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    19 Creation of (773), only seven hundred and seventy-three job levels, to install contractors in the Iraqi media network who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    20 The creation of (84), only eighty-four job positions to install contractors in Nineveh Governorate, and (72) only seventy-two job positions in the Nineveh Provincial Council who have completed contractual service for five years or more.  
      
    21 Creation of (22), only twenty-two job grades, to install contractors in the Ministry of Health who have completed contractual service for five years or more.

    Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi confirmed, on Thursday, that Iraq has regained its role in the region and the world, and succeeded in strengthening its foreign relations, at a time when the country was about to be classified as a "rogue" state.  
      
    Al-Kazemi said in his speech during the cabinet session (December 30, 2021), "Today we are in the last days of the current year, and every year and you are a thousand good, you and your families and all our Iraqi people in every part of the land of Iraq, and we passed through a year and a half of life." This government faces great challenges, which we managed to overcome, and some of them needed more time.”    
      
    He added, "All the achievements that have been achieved have been achieved with the support of all the ministers, as well as with the support of our honorable Iraqi people, their patience, wisdom and endurance in these circumstances.    
      
    He continued, "The white paper on reform is one of these achievements, as it provided many financial returns to the state, and despite some attempts to confuse it, but it was approved by many national sectors in industry and agriculture and in maximizing state revenues and monetary reserves."    
      
    Al-Kazemi also added, “As a result of the white paper, and despite the difficult conditions, the Corona pandemic and the collapse of oil prices, we were on the verge of the collapse of the political and social system, but we succeeded in providing more than 12 billion dollars from the reserves of the Central Bank of Iraq, and raising Iraq’s global credit rating internationally.” .    
      
    He pointed out that "Iraq was close to being classified as a rogue state, but we succeeded in foreign relations, and within a short period Iraq regained much of its regional, international, Arab and Islamic role, and we succeeded in improving our relations, as well as in embracing more than one meeting of brothers, friends and neighbors on the The land of Baghdad.. the land of peace, and we succeeded in hydrating the atmosphere regionally, and our international relations succeeded in bringing the views closer a lot and sparing the region the effects of a war that may, God forbid, be devastating to Iraq and the region.    
      
    He stressed, "We have worked hard to protect our people from the Corona epidemic, even though this crisis is an international crisis, and we have provided the best vaccines for the Iraqi people, and we are still continuing to employ the best companies to work in this field, and we have worked in the field of energy, and for the first time, we have worked for energy dependence." And we changed the name of the ministry to the Ministry of Electricity and Alternative Energy, and we signed several contracts with companies interested in alternative energy and clean energy, such as solar energy, to be an opportunity to adapt to the changes of the times.”    
      
    And the Prime Minister said, "Yes, there were some challenges that we did not succeed in, due to economic conditions, and because of political conditions, and we will certainly re-address these matters in the future, and we will present a paper to the next government on measures that can benefit from our experience that concerns some difficult challenges." What we went through and the failures we diagnosed, in order to cross to safety.”    
      
    He pointed out that "our relationship with the Kurdistan region of Iraq during this government was the best since 2003, and we are proud of this relationship. Tensions were few and we had many interpretations. Praise be to God, through dialogue and building elements of trust, we succeeded in crossing this tense relationship in the best possible way."    
      
    And he continued, "I say to all the honorable Iraqi people, we need to secure the future through belief in belonging only to Iraq, and by the end of this year, the combat role of the coalition forces will end, and the combat forces have already withdrawn, and today there is not a single soldier of the coalition forces who has the status of a fighter, but rather A group of advisors has arrived to support our forces and our needs in the fight against terrorism and against ISIS."    
      
    Al-Kadhimi said, "We record great achievements for our heroic Iraqi army, as well as for our forces in the fight against terrorism, the Popular Mobilization, the Peshmerga and the Federal Police for their success in challenging the remnants of terrorism. We killed many heads and leaders of terrorist remnants, and the important elements in these groups, and we continue to kill them wherever they are everywhere. from the land of Iraq.
