Punishment: Administrative Court Faisal in the appointments of neo-conservatives

The parliamentary legal committee confirmed on Sunday the existence of great pressure in the selection and appointment of neo-conservatives, explaining that the matter in the constitutionality of their appointment or not depends on the decision of the Administrative Court.
"The dismissal of conservatives and the selection of other personalities for these positions is a lot of confusion, in terms of the constitutionality of dismissal and appointment of neo-conservatives," committee member Hussein al-Aqabi said in a statement.
"The procedural issues concerning the removal of governors and the appointment of other persons in accordance with Article 21 of the Constitution should be challenged before the Administrative Court," he said.
He pointed out that "there is a heated conflict over the provinces by various means, some of which are related to the purchase of receivables, and therefore the safest way to resolve the issue of dismissal and selection of governors is to resort to the judiciary."
