A member of the Parliamentary Services Committee, Kazem Vajan al-Hammami, said Wednesday that the draft law of the Iraqi navy will be published in the coming weeks.
"The draft maritime law of Iraq will be passed during the sessions of the next parliament, which is related to the Iraqi Navy and the future of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ," Al-Hammami said . "Maritime allocations do not need to be included in a law and can be granted from the state budget."
He added that "the Council of Ministers authorized to issue a decision to grant all the money crisis needed by the Iraqi Navy."
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi Navy is one of the components of the Iraqi army is currently being built.Its main responsibilities are to protect Iraqi coasts and assets abroad
