BAGHDAD -
The lack of any position in the government is one of the reasons to go to the opposition, the opposition National Wisdom Movement said on Saturday.
"We launched the opposition in order to create a real movement that would pave the way for dividing the Iraqi political scene into two parts (opposition and loyalty), in addition to being (the opposition project) one of the most important remedies for the delay and lack of accountability and effectiveness of the regime," he said.
He added that "the political system today lacks effectiveness, and one of the most important engines is an opposition that is critical and legitimate and accountable, and its goal to be a calendar and alternative."
He added: "In the previous period, we did not see opposition to the calendar, because the opposition has ministries in the government, and this is a problem," adding that "the opposition has stages, starting with soft opposition, be at the level of deputies and legislation and interrogations and questions of inquiry to the government, And denominated in the media. "
He pointed out that "if the government does not respond, the opposition will move to the so-called coarse opposition, which begins with the conduct of demonstrations and sit-ins, even civil disobedience, and the disruption of the departments and ministries," adding that "in this case will be the opposition alternative, not a calendar for the government."
"We are the current trend of opposition wisdom, we launched this shipment in stagnant waters," he said, adding that "the current is qualitatively and principledly qualified to be at the head of the opposition because of its young technologies and leadership. We do not plan to have the entire coalition of reform and reconstruction opposed, Construction and those with him in the government, but things have not reached this point now. "
He stressed: "Up to this moment, all the forces of the reform alliance believes in the principle of opposition, and other coalition also believes that, but in theory, being practical in the formation of the government," explaining that "all the blocks belonging to the Alliance for Reform and Reconstruction, except Ssron, In forming a government. "
He added that "not getting any position in the government is one of the motives to go towards the opposition blocs that have electoral sizes want to get positions in the government, if you do not get it or the principles and values you want, the natural place is the opposition, it is not A slap or a blow or a joke when we say that the bloc that did not get government positions turned to opposition. "
He pointed out that "we have agreed with a number of political forces, and in response to what the public wants, we fired the hand of Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, we did not get a ministry, but others announced that he would Sigari this principle (the release of hands of Abdul Mahdi), but he did not, "The special grades are the degrees of the state and ministries degrees of government The ministers are changing, the general managers and heads of bodies and the Governor of the Central Bank and all those degrees are the king of the state and structure."
"What will the opposition do then?" He stressed the importance of "getting the opposition to all the regulatory bodies so that they can be controlling, revealing and following up (the government) It is not enough for the opposition to receive sermons in mosques and streets only. "
"The government can get some special degrees from agencies, agents, ministers and ambassadors in-depth vision of the government," noting that "these grades should be divided into three sections: a section of the government and its parties, and another section of the opposition and its parties, and the last section of technocrats and society."
He continued: "The government believes that some of these degrees are empowered and have capabilities, and the state depends on them and can not be taken out of their places, whether adopted by parties and considered them members or not," revealing "the process of recycling these positions and capabilities. You will probably be more productive at other sites. There are three stages in this aspect (installation, rotation, and exemption). "
