The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers stressed the need to expedite the completion of the e-government project.
"Secretary-General Hamid al-Ghazi stressed the need to coordinate efforts between the concerned parties in order to complete the e-government project within the committee formed for this purpose and outside, according to its competence and not limited to one particular party," the statement said.
Al-Gazzi explained that the committee's priorities are to address the problems and obstacles facing the implementation of the project and to put in place the appropriate plans that allow the program to succeed and its appearance to the required level.
Al-Ghazi pointed out: "The possibility of using competent international bodies specialized in the establishment of e-government programs, including South Korea to benefit from its expertise in this area, and to meet the potential challenges, as well as training and rehabilitation of government staff working within the project."
