    The Union of Muslim Scholars in Diyala, on Sunday, the US sought to establish a consulate in Baquba, the matter to create a border of fire with [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] through the management of security disturbances in the province.
    The head of the Union of Muslim Scholars in Diyala Jabbar al-Mamouri said in an interview with Al-Maaloumah that there is a movement and an American effort to establish a consulate in Diyala province in downtown Baquba.
