US Ambassador Matthew Toler on Sunday expressed his country's position on the process of structuring the popular crowd in security institutions.
"The strategic interests of America is to apply the Iraqi decision to control its territory and borders," Toller told a press conference attended by the correspondent of the Press.
"During the crisis, we are aware of many young people who joined the crowd to defend Iraq against an oppressor," he said, warning that "there are two factors that concern the friends of Iraq with the existence of agendas that do not serve Iraq."
He stressed the need, "to be the Iraqi government decision even on the totals disciplined."
