BAGHDAD: The Baghdad Provincial Council voted to dismiss the technical deputy to the governor of Baghdad Ali al-Hijel based on the questioning of the opposition wisdom bloc.
The questioning of the wisdom opposed to the Hegel revealed irregularities and waste of public money estimated at 48 billion dinars.
The interrogation also revealed financial advances outside controls and powers.
According to the interrogation, Hegel also made irregularities in issuing direct execution administrative orders before the Ministry of Planning approved the 2019 plan.
