    BAGHDAD / NINA /The independent of the Kurdistan Alliance MP, Mahmoud Othman said that all political blocs except the state of law want to form a partnership and consensus government , because they fear the robbery of power in the light of the country 's lack of democracy .

    He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / The Kurdish parties will meet today under the chairmanship of the region's president , Massoud Barzani, to take a unified decision on the Alliance of Kurdistan's future alliances, pointing out that Barzani has the right to give his opinion about the outstanding problems with the central government , particularly with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.

    Othman reiterated his assertion that there is no democracy in the country, adding that all the political blocs except State of Law coalition want to form a government of national partnership and participation, not for the meaning of partnership , but out of fear of authority .

    He pointed out that the fear of authority pays the political blocs not to accept being opposition in parliament , because they say staying in the parliament as opposition will make them subjected to arrest
