    [size=45]Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi yesterday threw the ball in the court of the House of Representatives, saying that the dismissal of the government must be through parliament, and that this action (dismissal) will be within hours.
    [size=45]Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi said that "there are mechanisms to dissolve the government and delivered within hours through the House of Representatives."[/size]
    [size=45]"The constitutional amendment can lead to changing the nature of the political system through legal and constitutional procedures," he said.[/size]
    [size=45]The prime minister criticized the call to prevent the study, saying it was "an incorrect act and the right to education cannot be disrupted." He also decided to grant the oil minister the power to approve the appointment of graduates of oil training institutes for 2018-2019 to the owners of the ministry.[/size]
