    On Monday, the MP from the Alliance of Saber Al-Aqili affirmed that the demonstrations will not end unless personalities meet the aspiration of the citizen, as change is necessary in the country for rationalists to rule, pointing out that the term quota exists and misfortune exists with the personality that will hold the reins in the coming period.
    Al-Okaili said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma” that “quotas and partisan and sectarian divisions are totally and in detail rejected, but at the same time, there is no refusal to accept any independent personality as a position in the country because, in the final analysis, he is Iraqi, provided that he is far from partisan and sectarianism and the term quotas” .
    He added, "Bad misfortune exists regarding the personality that will hold the reins in the next stage, and it is a problem that cannot be addressed because the existing thought focuses on that any character will take over positions in the country, as it is a character coming through quotas."
    He explained that "the Alliance of Walkers rejects any personality that comes through quotas, and on the contrary, there is agreement on any personality that is independent and not affiliated with the parties to assume positions away from the sect and the component."
    He stressed: "We do not want the end of the demonstrations unless people come to serve the citizen and realize his aspirations, as change is very necessary in the country in order for rational people to rule it." 25 n ended
