Constitutional expert: The President of the Republic is subject to impeachment after exceeding the legal period

Constitutional expert Mossadegh Adel confirmed, on Saturday, that the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, violated the constitution by not assigning the Prime Minister to the specified period, indicating that the remaining presidential authorities have become illegal after violating the constitution.
Adel said in a statement to "Information" that "Parliament voted to accept the resignation of Prime Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] on December 1, and this means that the President of the Republic is obliged to present the next Prime Minister on the 16th of this month in accordance with paragraph 76 of the constitution without discussion."
He added that "the President of the Republic does not endorse the acceptance of the resignation or not, and this means an obligation for Barham Salih to vote by parliament without an official letter or address."
