Al-Waqa’iqah publishes instructions for implementing the Law on Higher Education Operations

The Iraqi Ministry of Justice issued a new issue of the Al-Waqa'iq newspaper - the official newspaper - which included instructions to facilitate the implementation of the law for the operation of holders of higher degrees.
The Iraqi Council of Ministers approved, on the last 12 November, the issuance of instructions No. 3 of 2019, which includes facilitating the implementation of the Law on the Operation of Higher Education Holders No. 59 of 2017, in accordance with the provisions of Clause III of Article 80 of the Constitution, and Article 11 of the Campaign Operation Law Graduate degrees for 2017.
The instructions stipulated that the ministries and entities not affiliated with the Ministry and the governorates should take into account the proportions specified in the law to designate holders of certificates when approaching the Ministry of Finance with their needs for job grades, including job grades resulting from deletion and creation.
