Education clarifies the issue of excluding some of the Ministry's cadres from the new retirement law

The Ministry of Education made clear that some of the Ministry’s cadres are excluded from the new [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] law .
The Ministry said in a statement that the Minister of Education, [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/133049/%D8%B3%D9%87%D8%A7 %D8%AE%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%84 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%84%D9%8A %D8%A8%D9%83]Suha Khalil Al-Ali Bey,[/url] "had previously raised the issue of exempting rare professors, supervisory cadres and ministry experts from the new [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] law that the House voted recently because of the ministry's need for them."
The Minister indicated that "the Ministry of Education is awaiting a response from the Council of Ministers on the issue of the exception after it is submitted to the House of Representatives and voting on it."
