The Oil Products Distribution Company announced on Monday that it will supply generators with its quota of gas oil for January.
The company stated in a statement received by Mawazine News, a copy of it, that it "started to set its monthly plan for the new year as it issued processing orders for residential generators and state and private sector generators with gas oil products for all governorates for the month of January 2020 to ensure continuity of flow, where the company will Providing residential generators in the governorates of (Baghdad - Najaf Al Ashraf - Karbala Holy - Basra - Maysan - Dhi Qar, Muthanna - Diwaniyah - Babil - Diyala - Wasit - Kirkuk) with (10) liters per kva of gas oil at the official price by following up the Undersecretary for Distribution Affairs And directed the assistant general manager of the distribution company Hussein I. The company seeks to provide electrical energy services to citizens throughout the year.
She explained, "General Manager of the Distribution Company Hussein Talib revealed the supply of those wishing from private and government generators, including an amount of (5) liters per kva of gas oil at the commercial price of (700) dinars / liter, while generators of state departments were also equipped with (5) liters per kva at the official price ".
As for the other governorates, the Director of the Supply Authority of the Distribution Company disclosed that "the supply of districts and districts in the governorates of the western region (Nineveh, Salah al-Din and Anbar) with (15) liters per kva of gas oil for residential generators in areas that are not equipped with national electricity, and (10) (Liters per kva for residential generators in areas equipped with a rate of (15) hours or less for national electricity, and (5) liters per kva for residential generators in regions equipped with a rate of (16 or more) national electricity hours at the official price, while circuit generators will be equipped The state has (10) liters of gas oil each at the official price of the sites that do not exist It has national electricity, according to the regulations. As for the departments of the country in which there is national electricity, it is supplied with (5) liters per kva.
The Director of the Commission stressed that "the process of processing will be according to the controls and instructions and after confirming the work of these generators and preparing them for the mentioned areas with the necessary electrical energy while the private and mixed generators in these governorates were equipped with (5) liters per kva and at the commercial price", indicating that "with regard to generators Residential units subject to the privatization system in Baghdad Governorate, it is scheduled to supply it with (5) liters per kilo of gas oil product in January 2020 at the official price for the purpose of supplying electric power in the province.
