    Legal
    expert Tariq Harb called the public to work hard to open a new page of
    relations with Saudi Arabia, and that international law and the Charter
    of the United Nations States abide by the principles of
    good-neighbourliness.

    He said news of war n "Saudi Arabia

    before open diplomatic representation in Baghdad and the Iraqi
    delegation visit of condolence the death of Saudi Prince

    and the
    emergence of many references to the new Saudi position would require
    the Iraqi Government to work hard to open a new page of the Saudi-Iraqi
    relations since it cannot ignore the role of great economic and
    political power as Saudi Arabia in the region and in the world,

    especially
    the international law and the Charter of the United Nations requires
    States abide by the principles of good-neighbourliness and that Iraqi
    oil pipeline to Saudi ports we need the pipeline,     due to increased oil
    production and the inability of the existing pipe to absorb that
    increase "
