Complete clearance in Iraq's Parliament, to lift the immunity of all deputies

Saturday marked the completion of House speaker Osama Al-nujaifi patent discharged from Parliament ended its session, immunity for all representatives.A representative said in a press statement that "Iraq has completed its clearance in the Office of the Presidency of the House of representatives, coinciding with the end of the age of the Parliament today," and "lift the immunity of members of Parliament".
The parliamentary session ended on 14 June, and the new Parliament is expected to convene its first meeting early next month and will have the authority in the legislation of laws broken.
The Presidency of Parliament failed Thursday to convene an emergency session to discuss the ramifications of the events in Ninawa following receipt of an application filed jointly by the Presidents of the Republic and the Prime Minister to declare a State of emergency in the country. It also failed to establish many important laws, notably the law of the general budget of the country. NOTE OPEN
