The Peshmerga Ministry: The Federal Defense is not ready to work together in the disputed territories

The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Peshmerga in the Kurdistan region, Jabbar Yawar, confirmed that the Federal Ministry of Defense is "renouncing" joint action in the disputed areas.
