BAGHDAD - Mawazine News, a
deputy from the al-Hikma stream in the House of Representatives said Thursday that the next prime minister will not pass without naming the shares of components and blocks in his cabinet.
The bloc's deputy, Asaad Al-Murshidi, said, "It is not easy to leave the quotas and the gains, and this has known the political process that prevailed from its inception until now."
Al-Murshidi added, “The political parties and blocs achieved great benefit and were able to consolidate their presence on the political scene and strengthen their military wings, so they will not leave the subject of quotas.”
And he stated, "There must be quotas in the next ministerial cabinet, and the political blocs are demanding their quotas and on the surface they are asking for independence, reform, and fighting corruption, and all of that is just slogans; the truth is not that."
